As far as I know, apop is a little busy rn, with many other projects on their hands. I suspect the Daze effect is a little harder to code since it effects the entire passive abilities system, but it is doable. Now I'm not saying this is an utmost priority, but this is simply a reminder for the project list, quote-unquote, an "act-last" thing to complete if there are bigger plans. (in simpler terms, Daze effect is the least important thing to work on for apop)
